Need a hand? We're happy to help.
Email support@photoame.com and we'll get back to you. We typically reply within a couple of days, and we review safety reports within 24 hours.
One person creates an invite code in the app and shares it with the other, who enters it to pair. Each account can be paired with exactly one person at a time.
That's how Photoame works. A snap is meant to be seen once (with a single replay within a short window) and is then deleted. Photos never save to your camera roll.
Tap Keep while viewing it. A photo is saved to your shared "Us" gallery only when both of you choose to keep it.
You can report or block your partner from Settings, or directly while viewing a snap using the ••• menu. Blocking ends your pair, deletes shared snaps, and permanently prevents re-pairing. Reports go to our team for review.
Go to Settings → End pair. This deletes all snaps shared between you and your partner.
Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.
Check that notifications are enabled for Photoame in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that you have a network connection.
